We're not a call center. We're not a corporation. We're a family that believes people deserve straight answers about their Medicare — and we've built a business around proving it.
The Story
For over twenty years, I worked on manufacturing floors — monitoring processes, analyzing data, applying lean manufacturing principles. By the time that chapter of my life came to an end, I had no complaints about the work itself. I was good at it. But after two-plus decades of making sure cars had exhaust systems and widgets went where they were supposed to go, I had to be honest with myself. I wasn't helping anybody. I was just counting parts.
I got my insurance license in 2017 and started with the basics — life, home, auto. Then in 2020, I found Medicare. And I haven't looked back.
Here's what makes Medicare different from every other type of insurance I've ever sold: the people. You sit down with a man in his seventies and you genuinely don't know what he's going to say, how he's going to say it, or what direction the conversation is going to go — but it's almost always backed with humor and a lifetime of hard-won wisdom. You learn about their health, their family, their life. You actually start to care. That's not something you get selling auto policies.
My job isn't to sell you something. It's to help you understand your options well enough to make a smart decision for yourself. That's it. That's the whole thing.
The Family
My wife and I have been married for over 25 years. We have two kids still in school who keep us honest, keep us busy, and make sure we never take ourselves too seriously.
Outside of work, we stay pretty active in our church and community — mission trips, food distributions, and whatever needs doing when it needs doing. As a family, we try to log around 100 volunteer hours a year. Not because anyone's keeping score, but because it matters.
Same reason I left manufacturing. Same reason I do this work the way I do it. Life is too short to spend it doing things that don't matter. Do things that help people. That's it.
Whether you're turning 65, reconsidering your current plan, or just trying to understand what Medicare actually covers — here's what you can expect from us.
No forms to fill out beforehand. No pressure when we get on the phone. Just a real conversation about where you are and what actually makes sense for you.
